All products shall be covered by Alpha Healthcare and Equipment's standard product warranty.

Alpha Healthcare and Equipment warrants that our products will be free from defects on materials and workmanship and packing, effective from the date of proforma invoice.

If any product to be proved by defective in either material or workmanship or packing, it will be replaced without charge during the limited warranty period in terms of returning inferior goods to Alpha Healthcare and Equipment .

1.Shipments can be FOB or can be CIF or CFR or CNF any port in the world as long as shipping lines go there.

2.Orders can be LCL cargo basis or FCL basis, our suggestion to customer is trying to buy at least one 20ft container for mixed items, in that case order will be more safe    and easy to be handled.

3.Minimum order quantity for one item is 20 cartons, value per item is charged.

4.There is a large variety of merchandise to be chosen from and to be purchased in mix-container-load, however, Alpha Healthcare and Equipment suggests one 20ft    container can be mixed no more than 20 items, one 40ft container can be mixed no more than 40 items.

40% T/T down payment, balance 60% against copy of shipping documents.In case some clients want L/C at 30days / 60days term, we will try to accept but we will charge extra 1% / 2% or more on the amount as bank interests.
